SOFTWARE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY

THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.

1. The enclosed Software program ("Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by the "Web Data Extractor" team for use under the following terms, and the "Web Data Extractor" team reserves any rights not expressly granted to you.

2. LICENSE

2.a. Shareware Version of "Web Data Extractor" License

"Web Data Extractor" is not free software. It is released as shareware, which provides the opportunity for the program to be evaluated before it is purchased. This copy of "Web Data Extractor" is for evaluation purposes only. You are hereby licensed to use "Web Data Extractor" for a limited 15 days usage. Should you wish to use "Web Data Extractor" for more than 15 days you MUST register it. Unregistered use of "Web Data Extractor" after the 15 days usage evaluation period is a violation of international copyright laws.

2.b. Registered Version of "Web Data Extractor" License

One registered copy of "Web Data Extractor" may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

3. DISTRIBUTION

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the shareware version of "Web Data Extractor" you are hereby granted a license to make as many copies of the shareware version as you wish and give them to whom you wish. You are prohibited from charging for any such copies. You must distribute "Web Data Extractor" 'as-is', unmodified and in it's entirety. Unlawful modification or alteration of any part of "Web Data Extractor" or any of the accompanying files is in violation of international copyright laws. You are NOT permitted to distribute a registered copy of "Web Data Extractor".

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN THE TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVE YOU, AND NOT THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANT OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT IS MADE BY THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM ON THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY, AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE.

4. NO SPAMMING POLICY

Spamming at http://spam.abuse.net is defined as, "...flooding the Internet with copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most 'Spamming' is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal services.". In the strictest sense of the definition, you can not contact anyone via e-mail unless that person has specifically told you that you can contact them or invited contact (i.e. classified ad). This applies to businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals.

THIS SOFTWARE CAN NOT BE USED FOR SPAMMING ACTIVITIES. THIS SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE USED FOR DATABASE MANAGEMENT PURPOSES ON LEGALLY-OWNED LINK/E-MAIL ADDRESSES AND DATABASES, AND OTHER TYPE OF LINK EXTRACTION PURPOSES. THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE FOR SPAMMING OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. THE "Web Data Extractor" TEAM DOES NOT SUPPORT SPAMMING. PLEASE REPORT SPAMMING AT HTTP://SPAM.ABUSE.NET.

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying the Software, and all copies thereof.
